Motoazabu Hills

Motoazabu Hills is a residential complex in Moto-Azabu that combines buildings, green spaces, and modern facilities in a single development. The tower rises 29 floors with gardens and landscaped areas covering more than half of the grounds.

The development started in the early 2000s under Mori Building Company and was completed by 2002. The project brought a new residential phase to this established neighborhood.

The neighborhood draws international residents who shape how the spaces are used. Community areas and the international school on-site reflect the diverse population living in this part of Minato Ward.

The complex has a spa, fitness center, indoor pool, golf range, and staff who speak English at the front desk. Visitors should know that most facilities are primarily for residents, so access is limited for outsiders.

The Sky Lounge sits 90 meters above ground and offers residents views across the city. This elevated gathering space is often used by inhabitants for meetings and social events.
