The Morohashi Museum of Modern Art contains 339 works by Salvador Dalí, including sculptures, paintings, and prints, making it one of the largest collections worldwide.
The museum opened its doors on June 3, 1999, following the vision of founder Teizō Morohashi to establish a cultural center dedicated to modern art preservation.
The permanent collection features 41 Western modern paintings from artists including Cézanne, Renoir, Picasso, and Chagall, representing various artistic movements.
The museum operates from April to November, closing during winter months, and provides audio guides in multiple languages to enhance the viewing experience.
Two notable masterpieces in the collection are 'The Battle of Tétouan' and 'Three Sphinxes of Bikini' by Salvador Dalí.
