Busan Lotte World Tower

The Busan Lotte World Tower is a 380-meter-tall commercial building with 30 floors hosting retail shops, entertainment venues, and observation decks. The structure rises prominently in the skyline and integrates multiple functions across its vertical layout.

The project started in 2010 but encountered financial setbacks that halted progress for several years. Operations finally began in August 2023 after funding was secured to complete the delayed construction.

The tower's design draws from Busan's role as a major port, with architectural details that echo maritime themes throughout its interior spaces. This nautical language reflects how the city's waterfront history shapes even its modern structures.

The tower has extensive parking available on-site and connects directly to Nampo-dong station on Subway Line 1, making it easy to reach by car or public transit. Both entry options work well depending on your transportation preference when planning a visit.

The tower was designed by architects from the renowned firm Skidmore Owings Merrill and incorporates sustainability features throughout its structure. These environmental considerations are woven into everyday operations, even though visitors may not immediately notice them.
