The Witch spruce grows to a height of 34 meters with 18 separate trunks branching out at 80 centimeters from the ground level.

The 170-year-old Norway spruce received recognition in 2018 as Tree of the Year, reaching tenth place with 10,967 votes in a national contest.

Local legends tell of a witch who left her broom at the tree after falling in love with a man from the surrounding area.

Visitors can locate this natural formation at coordinates 55°6'11.1'' North and 22°8'48.58'' East within the Rambynas regional park grounds.

The spruce displays an uncommon growth pattern where multiple trunks emerge from a single base, creating a formation that resembles tangled hair.
