The expansive manor complex lies near the banks of Zasu River, featuring multiple stone structures and extensive architectural elements from late classicism period.
The property belonged to the von Zass noble family from 1644 until the 18th century, after which it transferred to von Greig, governor of Tsarskoye Selo.
The Zasa Lutheran Church, established in 1750, remains the oldest structure within the manor complex, representing regional architectural traditions.
The estate now offers horseback riding activities, with 30-minute sessions priced at 10 euros and longer forest rides available for 15 euros.
The manor grounds contain a 38-hectare park with three distinct landscape compositions, including a water mill and cascading mill pond system.
