Švarcmuiža, Manor in Kurzeme District, Latvia.
The three-floor manor house contains twelve rooms on the ground floor, including functional spaces for kitchen, storage, and staff accommodations.
John Lowis Balfour acquired the estate in 1837 and commissioned the construction of the current structure, which was completed around 1850.
The main floor features a historically preserved lobby with pale blue walls adorned in gold ornaments, displaying the architectural preferences of 19th century Latvia.
The manor encompasses 960.7 square meters of total space, with 838.9 square meters designated as functional areas across its three levels.
The dining room maintains its original built-in buffet, while each guest room presents different color schemes from the second half of the 19th century.
