Đurđevi Stupovi, Medieval Orthodox monastery in Berane, Montenegro.
The monastery stands on the left bank of the Lim River, featuring stone architecture with polychrome walls and a single-nave basilica structure topped by a dome.
Founded in 1213 by Stefan Prvoslav, lord of Budimlja and grandson of Saint Sava, the monastery served as the seat of the Budimlja Episcopate during medieval times.
The monastery preserves medieval Serbian frescoes attributed to the Dečani masters from the Kotor school of painting, representing important examples of 13th and 14th-century religious art.
Located two kilometers from Berane city center, the monastery is accessible by road and serves as the current seat of the Budimlja-Nikšić Eparchy since 2001.
Despite suffering five major fires and destructions throughout history, particularly during Turkish raids, the monastery has been rebuilt and consecrated the same number of times.
