Throughout summer months, the park transforms into an entertainment venue, hosting concerts, football championship screenings, and numerous public gatherings.
The park includes electrical connections and infrastructure for events, with public transportation stops nearby and rental arrangements through Bymiljøetaten.
From 2025 to 2030, the park will become the permanent location for Oslo Pride celebrations, marking a shift from its traditional role as a football viewing venue.
