Grand Hotel Terminus

The building was designed in 1928 by architects Fredrik Arnesen and Arthur Darre Kaarbø and received an architectural award in 1929. Its design reflects the construction style of that period and continues to shape the city's appearance.

The Bar Amundsen within the hotel houses one of Norway's largest whisky collections and marks where explorer Roald Amundsen conducted his final interview. This space connects visitors to a key moment in polar exploration history.
