Baker Memorial Hall

Baker Memorial Hall is a two-story building on the University of the Philippines Los Baños campus that houses multiple sports facilities. It contains volleyball and badminton courts, basketball facilities, an archery range, a swimming pool, and tennis courts all within its structure.

During World War II, between 1943 and 1945, the building served as an internment camp for approximately 2,500 American and Allied prisoners of war. The National Historical Institute formally recognized this significant period in the building's past.

The hall is named after an American benefactor and reflects the university's international connections. Today it serves as a gathering place where students and staff come together for events and community activities.

The building sits at the intersection of Mangga and Chico Road, making it straightforward to locate on campus. Visiting during active use times allows you to see how the facilities function and observe the different sports activities taking place.
