Bangar Church

Bangar Church is a Baroque church in northern Philippines featuring three bell towers rising from its front facade. The building displays Gothic windows and Renaissance details throughout its structural design.

The church was built in 1689 by Father Francisco Albear using stone walls and molave wood as primary materials. This construction represented a significant moment in establishing religious infrastructure in the region.

The church is dedicated to Saint Christopher and serves as a gathering place for the local community during important religious occasions. People come here to participate in celebrations that mark the faith's key moments throughout the year.

The building is located in Bangar and operates under the Diocese of San Fernando de La Union. Visitors can easily access this site within the local community.

The interior underwent renovation in 2003 that added mural paintings across the ceiling, enriching the visual experience inside. This remains the only structure of its kind in Northern Luzon to feature three bell towers.
