Description
Bismarckturm auf der Hohen Eule is a stone and concrete structure located on Wielka Sowa mountain at high elevation. The tower features multiple stairways and a viewing platform that allows visitors to reach the top from different routes.
History
An original wooden structure was built on this location in 1885 and eventually replaced by the current construction. The new tower was completed in 1906 and named after German Chancellor Otto von Bismarck.

The ground floor space reflects the tower's historical role as a gathering point and landmark for the surrounding communities. People today visit it to connect with the region's past and enjoy views that link them to distant places.
Practical
The tower welcomes visitors during warmer months from May through October, with a service kiosk at ground level. Weather changes quickly at this elevation, so bring appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes for the climb.
