Złota 44

Złota 44 is a residential tower in central Warsaw with a striking curved glass facade extending 192 m across 52 floors. Its deconstructivist design creates a dynamic appearance through angular lines and flowing exterior curves.

The project began in 2007 but faced financial difficulties that caused significant delays. It finally completed in 2016 under new ownership, marking the end of a prolonged development process.

The building connects modern design to local meaning through its shape, which recalls the silhouette of an eagle's wing. Its curved facade and distinctive form have become a standalone symbol of contemporary Warsaw since completion.

The building can be viewed from street level and around its perimeter, with clear sightlines from multiple vantage points nearby. The interior is private residential space with restricted access, so viewing is limited to the exterior and the distinctive facade design.

The building includes private amenities such as a 25-meter swimming pool, wine storage areas, and a private cinema distributed across dedicated recreational floors. These facilities are only accessible to residents, highlighting the exclusive nature of the property.
