Warsaw Financial Center, Corporate high-rise building in central Warsaw, Poland
The Warsaw Financial Center is a 34-story high-rise building standing 165 meters tall in the heart of the city. Its glass and metal facade creates a contemporary look that defines this section of Warsaw's business district.
Construction took place between 1997 and 1998 following Warsaw's transformation after the end of communism. It stands as a symbol of the city's rise as a modern European financial center.
American architectural firms Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and A. Epstein & Sons International collaborated with Polish architects to design this structure.
The building offers extensive office space and modern facilities for workers and visitors. Access is straightforward, and numerous elevators make it easy to move between the many floors quickly.
The building includes a self-sufficient water system with large storage tanks that allow it to maintain its own water supply. This feature makes it largely independent of municipal infrastructure.
