Gmina Czersk is an urban-rural municipality in Chojnice County in northern Poland. The administrative area includes the town of Czersk and eighteen villages distributed across the surrounding region.
The area belonged to Pomeranian Voivodeship until 1975, when it transferred to Bydgoszcz Voivodeship. In 1998 it returned to Pomeranian administrative control.
The municipality maintains a balanced demographic structure with equal distribution between male and female residents across its urban center and rural communities.
The area is served by three railway lines with stations at Czersk, Łąg, and Rytel. National road 22 provides connections to larger cities across the region.
The territory contains sections of Tuchola Landscape Park and several nature reserves. The Cisy nad Czerską Strugą conservation area protects a woodland with uncommon tree species.
