Saxon Garden, Public park in central Warsaw, Poland

The 15.5-hectare garden contains long avenues with sculptures, pathways, and a central fountain constructed in 1855 near Piłsudski Square.

The garden opened to the public in 1727 as part of the Saxon Palace complex and underwent transformation from French to English landscape style in the 19th century.

The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier stands within the park as a national memorial, representing the only remaining section of the former Saxon Palace.

Multiple entrances allow access to the park from different directions, with benches and shaded areas providing rest spots throughout the grounds.

Several trees in the garden survived the destruction of World War II and continue growing today, with some specimens reaching over 250 years in age.
