Gmina Śliwice

Gmina Śliwice is a rural municipality in Tuchola County, comprising multiple villages spread across north-central Poland. The administrative center is based in the village of Śliwice, which serves as the main hub for local services and community activity.

The area was under Prussian control until the Treaty of Versailles transferred it to Poland in 1920 following World War One. This change marked a significant shift in political administration and national belonging for the region.
