The wooden church features three rectangular sections with separate shingled roofs, following traditional western Lemko architectural patterns and construction methods.
Built in 1837 as a Greek Catholic Lemko church, the structure underwent significant renovations in 1900, adding figural and ornamental polychromy to its interior.
The church interior displays marble-like column decorations and ceiling paintings of the Holy Trinity, reflecting Eastern Orthodox religious artistic traditions.
The church contains three main areas: the presbytery, the nave, and the babiniec, with the latter section designated specifically for female worshippers.
Following the 1947 Vistula operation, this Eastern Orthodox church transformed into a Roman Catholic place of worship under Uście Gorlickie parish administration.
