The tenement house features French Renaissance elements, with two atlantes supporting a bay window and caryatids adorning the upper floors.
Built between 1883 and 1885 by architect Julius Jung, the building replaced a former weaver's house on a plot purchased for 40,000 rubles.
The building served as headquarters for numerous businesses, including the Krusche and Ender textile company and the Municipal Officials Trade Union.
Located at 53 Piotrkowska Street, the building maintains its protected status under the register number A/36 since January 20, 1971.
The mansion's high mansard roof includes decorative dormers and an iron balustrade, reflecting the architectural preferences of late 19th century Łódź.
