Małe Ciche

Małe Ciche extends across elevations from 830 to 1090 meters, featuring traditional wooden houses scattered throughout the mountainous terrain near the Tatra Mountains.

The village developed as a farming settlement in the Podhale region during the agricultural expansion of Lesser Poland, maintaining its rural character through generations.

Local residents maintain traditions through folk crafts, regional cuisine preparation, and agricultural practices that reflect the mountain communities of southern Poland.

The winter sports center contains 3.8 kilometers of skiing slopes and four lifts, operating from December through March with extended hours until 21:00.

The village combines year-round agricultural activities with winter tourism, as farmers transform their fields into ski slopes during the cold season.
