The architectural design by Ingarden & Ewy Architekci received recognition in the Public Utility Buildings category at the Kraków - My Home competition.
The complex provides parking spaces both above and below ground for convenient vehicle access. Clear signage and layout help visitors and workers navigate the buildings easily.
The development combines two distinct phases: a 14-story tower and a four-floor building, totaling 24,900 square meters of commercial space.
