Świątynia Nowe Śantipur w Czarnowie, Hindu temple in Czarnów, Poland
The Nowe Śantipur Temple stands in a mountain valley of the Rudawy Janowickie range, surrounded by 40 hectares of agricultural land.
The International Society for Krishna Consciousness purchased buildings and land in Czarnów in 1980, establishing the first Hindu temple in Poland.
The temple centers its religious practices around the Panća Tattwa murti, representing five incarnations and aspects of Krishna in Hindu tradition.
Regular Nama-hatta festivals and religious gatherings take place at the temple, connecting devotees from local and international communities.
The temple maintains ecological farming practices and houses facilities for cow protection, following traditional Hindu principles of environmental stewardship.
