The Sacred Heart Church features a polygonal presbytery and a tall tower topped with a pointed spire, constructed entirely of red brick materials.
Between 1904 and 1913, architects Konstanty and Jarosław Wojciechowski designed and supervised the construction of this church to replace an earlier medieval structure.
The interior decoration completed between 1933 and 1939 includes detailed polychromes and stained glass windows created by Polish painter Józef Mehoffer.
The church maintains regular opening hours for visitors at Plac Sienkiewicza 4 in Turek, where religious services and community gatherings take place.
The church received registration number 1154 in the Greater Poland Voivodeship monument registry, marking its status as a protected cultural heritage site.
