PGK Centrum II

PGK Centrum II is an office building with 15 floors above ground and three underground levels, rising 52 meters high. The complex provides a total of 14,300 square meters of office space with 420 parking spaces for cars and bicycles.

The building was constructed in 2003 following designs by CDF Architekci and marked an important expansion of Poznan's business infrastructure. It emerged during a period when the city was significantly growing its modern office spaces.

The building reflects modern Polish business architecture and shapes the streetscape at the intersection of Marcelińska and Bułgarska streets. Its design shows how contemporary office structures change the city's appearance.

The complex is easily accessible and offers ample parking plus facilities for cyclists, including changing rooms and showers. Visitors find everything needed for a comfortable day at an office building.

The complex houses within it a restaurant with seating for 120 people and a VIP conference room, merging office space with extra amenities. This combination makes it possible to have work and dining functions under one roof.
