Park nad Jasieniem spans 13 hectares between Śmigłego-Rydza and Tymienieckiego streets, featuring natural paths and old oak trees along the Jasień River.
The land belonged to the Włocławek bishopric until 1823, when the city transferred it to Krystian Fryderyk Wendisch, who managed four mills along the Jasień River.
The park connects residential areas through green corridors, providing local residents with spaces for outdoor activities and community gatherings.
Recent improvements include sports fields, a playground, and outdoor exercise equipment, though the paths remain unpaved and natural.
The park contains notable trees including a Northern Catalpa with large leaves and Turkish Hazel reaching heights of 25 meters.
