The Colleoni Monument stands as a bronze sculpture depicting the Italian military commander Bartolomeo Colleoni mounted on horseback in full military attire.
The monument, erected in 1909 under Heinrich Dohrn's initiative, reproduces Andrea Verrocchio's original statue from 1495, which stands in Venice at Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo.
After World War II, the statue spent several years in Warsaw before returning to Szczecin in 2002, representing the city's dedication to preserving historical monuments.
