Sky Garden

Sky Garden is a broadcasting tower in Szczecin that reaches 65 meters in height and functioned as a regional center for Polish radio and television. The structure contained recording studios and broadcast facilities that served the media needs of the West Pomeranian area.

Construction was completed in 1980, introducing modern broadcasting infrastructure to the West Pomeranian region. The facility became instrumental in shaping regional media development and technological advancement in Polish broadcasting.

The building served as a creative hub where regional orchestras and musical groups recorded their work and performed for broadcasts. It became a center where local artists could develop their sound and reach audiences across the region.

Despite its name Sky Garden, the tower contains no actual garden but takes its name from its height and the view it offers between sky and city. The name reflects its function as a tall structure that connects the broadcast signals to the sky above Szczecin.
