Casa da Música

Casa da Música is a concert hall with a striking concrete structure that rises eleven floors, defined by white cement walls and expansive glass surfaces with geometric patterns. The interior contains multiple performance spaces, including a main auditorium and smaller venues designed for different musical genres.

The building opened in 2005 as part of Porto's celebration as European Capital of Culture, marking Portugal's first venue dedicated exclusively to music. Its inauguration represented a turning point in the city's cultural infrastructure.
