Cluj Arena

Cluj Arena is a modern sports stadium in Cluj-Napoca featuring four covered two-tiered stands with seating for approximately 30,000 people. The facility sits near Central Park alongside the Someșul Mic river and accommodates both football and rugby matches.

The stadium was constructed starting in 2009 after demolishing the previous Stadionul Ion Moina, with its opening occurring on October 1, 2011. This new facility replaced an older sports venue to meet contemporary standards for football and rugby events.

The stadium serves as a venue for the Untold Festival, hosting large-scale music events that draw crowds from across the region. This role has made it a central gathering place for entertainment beyond traditional sports competitions.
