Manastir Soko

Manastir Soko is an Orthodox monastery in western Serbia nestled beneath Sokolska Mountain, featuring a main church, residential buildings, and conference spaces. The complex provides guest accommodations and dining facilities alongside the spiritual functions of monastic life.

The monastery was founded in 1994 near the site of the former Ottoman fortress Soko Grad, which occupied the mountain peak until 1862. The location connects modern religious construction with the legacy of an earlier military stronghold.
