Danube Park is an urban park in Novi Sad, situated close to the Danube River with extensive landscaping featuring trees and decorative plants. The grounds contain walking paths and open green spaces designed for recreation and outdoor activities.
The site was transformed from wetland into a public park in 1895 when earth was brought in to raise the terrain. This conversion created a recreational space for residents in the heart of the city.
The white gazebo within the park serves as a gathering spot for community events and provides a setting for wedding photography sessions.
The park features benches positioned along its walking paths and welcomes visitors throughout the year. You can visit anytime for a walk or to observe birds and wildlife without special arrangements.
