Academic Music College of the Moscow Conservatory, Music education institution in central Moscow, Russia.
The Academic Music College features specialized classrooms, practice rooms, and performance halls designed for instrumental and vocal training of students.
The institution began its educational journey in 1891 under pianist Valentina Zograf-Plaksina before becoming officially connected to Moscow Conservatory in 1936.
Students of the college participate in performances throughout Moscow, contributing to the development of classical music education in Russia.
The college provides a four-year program with entry examinations for students aged 15, except for the vocal department which accepts older candidates.
Located on Merzliakov Street, the college earned its informal name Merzliakovka among students and faculty members of the Moscow music community.
