Александрино, Noble estate in Novoduginsky District, Russia.
Aleksandrino is a noble estate in Smolensk Oblast featuring a two-story stone mansion with columns, flanking wings, and outbuildings arranged around formal grounds. The property extends into a substantial park with ponds and waterways that create a connected landscape system.
The estate was established in 1783 as a dowry for Prince Yakov Lobanov-Rostovsky and was initially called Alexandrovskoye. The name later shifted to its current form Aleksandrino.
The mansion displays late classical design with its balanced layout, while the grand courtyard is framed by a circular drive lined with lime trees. This arrangement reflects how the nobility organized their daily routines around formal garden spaces.
The property sits about 7 kilometers from Aleksandrino station and is reachable by car from Moscow along the Minsk Highway. Follow road signs toward Sychevka and Zubtsov to find the correct route.
The park holds roughly 150 oak trees that are over a century old and spans up to 100 hectares. This makes it the largest surviving historical park in the region.
