The museum houses manuscripts, personal belongings, and rare books from notable Russian authors while organizing educational programs, lectures, and meetings with contemporary writers throughout the year.
Located at 38 Preobrazhenskaya Street, the museum operates Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and provides accessibility services for visitors with disabilities.
The museum building itself is an architectural monument, the former Selivanov merchant house from the 18th century, creating an authentic historical setting for literary exhibitions.
