Murinsky Park

Planning for this park began in 1980 as a recreation area concept along Murinsky Creek, though actual construction only started after 2000. This gap between planning and building reflects how long it took to realize the project.

The Sculpture Garden displays granite animal figures and creates a distinct artistic space within the park where visitors can walk among the works. This collection shapes how locals and tourists experience the green space as both a recreation area and an open gallery.

The park has dedicated cycling paths and multiple entry points for pedestrians and cyclists. The terrain is flat and easy to navigate on foot or by bike throughout the area.

The park preserves World War II tank barriers that are being integrated into an open-air military history museum. These historical structures provide visitors with unexpected reminders of the past amid the recreational space.
