The church consists of two levels with separate sanctuaries, featuring a central dome and stands near the medical facilities on Kultury Avenue.
Construction of the church began in 1996 after receiving blessing from Archimandrite Panteleimon and was completed in 2009 under architect Boris Bogdanovich's direction.
The church houses the Society of Orthodox Physicians of Saint Petersburg, combining medical practice with religious traditions in the local community.
The parish operates a Sunday school with separate departments for children and adults, serving approximately 200 students throughout the year.
Sisters of Mercy of Saint Tatiana maintain three divisions coded by colors - Red Cross, Yellow Cross, and Blue Cross - providing care services.
