VDNKh Space Pavilion, Space exhibition pavilion at VDNKh, Russia
The Cosmos Pavilion features an extensive collection of spacecraft models, space exploration equipment, and technological displays across multiple exhibition halls.
The pavilion opened in 1939 as part of the All-Union Agricultural Exhibition and underwent major reconstruction in 1954 to focus on space achievements.
The pavilion maintains a collection of over 2,000 rare documents and 120 aircraft specimens that highlight Russian advancements in space exploration.
Located in the Ostankinsky District, the pavilion operates Tuesday through Sunday with regular admission at 500 rubles and discounts for students and seniors.
The structure includes a 60-meter-high dome that houses simultaneous exhibitions about aerospace developments and machine engineering under numbers 32 and 34.
