Musokhranovo is a village settlement in Kemerovo Oblast located on the left bank of the Kasma River in Western Siberia at 181 meters elevation. The settlement is organized around four main streets and connects to the Novosibirsk-Leninsk-Kuznetsky highway.
The settlement originated in the early 1700s when farming families from European Russia established a community in this location. They named the place after the Musokhraniv family.
The village population maintained connections with the Brukhanovsky parish until 1911, when they began attending religious services at the newly constructed Shabanovo church.
The settlement is straightforward to navigate since it is organized around four clearly named streets. The connection to the main highway allows for easy travel to other larger towns.
The village recorded an equal gender distribution in 2010 with 250 men and 255 women, showing a significant increase from 202 residents in 1859.
