Vintra, Villa in Stockholm Municipality, Sweden
The Vintra villa features a central room with a five-meter high arched ceiling and receives natural light through a large north-facing skylight.
Ferdinand Boberg constructed Vintra in 1903 between two existing 18th-century wings, incorporating elements from an earlier manor built by Russian businessman Artemi Seminoff.
The residence contained an architectural office in one wing and a separate art studio for Anna Boberg, reflecting the professional lives of both architect and artist.
The ground floor of Vintra includes a hall, kitchen, dining room, and service quarters, with the main living spaces arranged on the upper level.
Baron Carl von Essen acquired the property in 1925, and subsequent owner Ebba Pauli-Rappe renamed it Villa Lindarna, removing most of Boberg's original design elements.
