Tellus Towers, Residential skyscraper project at Telefonplan, Stockholm, Sweden
Tellus Towers is a residential high-rise development at Telefonplan comprising two main towers of 78 and 58 floors alongside a 17-floor tower and 7-floor building. The complex houses around 1200 modern apartments, mostly one and two-bedroom units with direct access to Telefonplan metro station.
In 2016, Stockholm City and developer SSM established the project at its current Telefonplan location after initial placement concerns from Swedish Armed Forces required a site change. This relocation enabled the realization of the ambitious residential development in this area.
The towers represent Stockholm's shift toward vertical living and urban density, bringing residential culture to a former industrial zone that now embraces contemporary design.
The site connects directly to Telefonplan metro station, making public transport access straightforward for visitors. Shared facilities including rooftop terraces and the observation restaurant are easily accessible throughout the complex.
The towers feature rooftop swimming pools and a public restaurant with an observation platform offering views across the city. This blend of residential and shared public spaces creates an integrated neighborhood experience within the high-rise development.
