NTC Poprad

NTC Poprad is a training center with modern facilities for football training and matches in Slovakia. The complex includes heated playing fields, lighting systems, conference rooms, and lodging accommodations for training groups.

The facility emerged from the transformation of an older stadium that underwent major renovation between 2011 and 2014. Its opening in December 2014 marked the start of a new era for football training in the region.

The facility serves as a training ground where national teams and youth players develop their skills throughout the year. Visitors can observe the daily intensity of preparation and coaching that shapes players at different levels.

The location is easy to find at Športová 2 in Poprad and offers lodging for groups and an on-site restaurant. Visitors should plan ahead since the facility is primarily designed for organized training groups.

The center uses geothermal water from a nearby thermal facility to keep its playing fields in top condition year-round. This sustainable system allows training and matches to happen regardless of weather or season.
