Wat Kham Chanot

Wat Kham Chanot is a Buddhist temple located near Ban Muang situated beside a lake with an island sanctuary at its heart. The temple features a decorated bridge adorned with Naga serpent statues that connects the main grounds to the sacred island shrine.

The temple developed around a small sacred island that gradually became a center for Buddhist practice in northeastern Thailand. Over time this location grew into an important sanctuary for local communities throughout the region.
