Lam Khlong Ngu National Park

Lam Khlong Ngu National Park is a protected area in Thong Pha Phum District, Kanchanaburi, featuring rugged mountain terrain with valleys, hills, and limestone rock formations at varying elevations. The landscape consists of multiple ridges and peaks that create a varied topography with steep slopes and deep gorges throughout the park.

The Thai government established this land as a national park in 2009 to preserve its natural resources and unique geological features for the future. Since then, it has served as a protected conservation area within Thailand's national park system.

The park's name comes from the Khlong Ngu river that flows through the area, reflecting how this landscape has shaped local life for generations. People in nearby villages continue to maintain deep ties to these natural surroundings and the resources they provide.
