The Pano

The Pano is a residential tower along the Chao Phraya River with 57 floors reaching 219 meters in height. The building contains two wing sections housing roughly 400 apartments and includes 13 elevators, a multi-level parking area, and sun-screening systems designed for tropical conditions.

Construction began in 2007 and finished in 2010, marking an important moment for riverside tower development in Bangkok. The completion coincided with growing demand for luxury riverside residential spaces in the city.

The design incorporates Thai-inspired green spaces that bring a connection to nature into the building, reflecting local values about living in harmony with gardens and water.

The tower has multiple elevators and extensive parking facilities that make daily access straightforward. Its riverside location means many units benefit from river views and balconies with good light and airflow throughout the day.

A real tree grows on the 53rd floor terrace within the penthouse section, while landscaped gardens with abundant greenery spread across multiple levels. These vertical green spaces are unusual for Bangkok's skyline and create living spaces that feel removed from the urban surroundings.
