Wat Ang Sila, Buddhist temple in Ang Sila, Thailand.

The temple features two ordination halls, a pavilion, ancient pagodas, and detailed mural paintings depicting Buddha's life on the interior walls.

Dating back to the late Ayutthaya Period, Wat Ang Sila originated as two separate temples that merged into one complex in 1916.

The interior walls of the temple display intricate mural paintings from King Rama IV's reign, illustrating the complete story of Buddha's journey.

Located 90 kilometers from Bangkok and 5 kilometers from downtown Chonburi, the temple forms part of the century-old Talat Kao Ang Sila district.

The temple's gables incorporate Chinese porcelain decorations, reflecting the architectural influence of Teochew Chinese migrants in the region.
