Londonskaya Hotel

The Londonskaya Hotel is located on Prymorskyi Boulevard in central Odesa with classical architecture and traditional interiors from the 19th century, offering 67 rooms. The building combines elegant facades with modern amenities including a swimming pool, Turkish bath, and spa services.

French confectioner Jean-Batiste Karuta founded the hotel in 1846 on the site of a private residence designed by architect Francesco Boffo in 1828. In 1899, architect J.M. Dmitrenko carried out major renovations that preserved the early Italian Renaissance characteristics.

The hotel has hosted many notable figures throughout its history, including Emperor Pedro II of Brazil, writer Anton Chekhov, and dancer Isadora Duncan. These prominent visitors reflect its role as a destination for traveling dignitaries and artists.
