Mezhyhirya, Former presidential estate in Vyshhorod Raion, Ukraine
The 140-hectare Mezhyhirya complex includes a yacht pier, equestrian facilities, shooting range, tennis courts, automobile museum, and golf course along the Dnieper River.
The property transformed from a monastery closed by Bolsheviks in 1923 into a government residence, later becoming Viktor Yanukovych's private estate through disputed privatization in 2007.
After the 2014 Ukrainian Revolution, Mezhyhirya opened as a museum, displaying the presidential lifestyle and sparking discussions about political accountability in Ukraine.
Visitors can explore the grounds through guided tours, which provide detailed information about the estate's architecture, facilities, and recent Ukrainian political history.
The property features a Finnish-built clubhouse called Honka and maintains an automobile collection, golf course, and animal facilities including an ostrich farm.
