Karazin Monument

Karazin Monument is a bronze statue at Kharkiv University's main entrance depicting the university's founder during a speech. The figure stands on a stone base with carved inscriptions commemorating the institution's establishment.

The monument was erected to honor Karazin's role in founding the university in the early 19th century following his death. It was later relocated multiple times before finally settling at the university entrance where visitors see it today.
