Komyshuvakha

Komyshuvakha is an urban-type settlement in the Luhansk region of eastern Ukraine. The community is built across rolling terrain and features the residential structures common to settlements of this size in the area.

The settlement was founded in 1853 as a community in eastern Ukraine. It experienced administrative changes in 2020 during broader regional restructuring efforts.

The settlement maintains a strong Ukrainian linguistic presence, with 83 percent of residents speaking Ukrainian and 17 percent communicating in Russian.

When visiting, travelers should expect the infrastructure typical of smaller Ukrainian communities in rural areas. Basic services are available, and it is advisable to prepare for simple local facilities.

The population density reaches 400 inhabitants per square kilometer, creating a concentrated community within the eastern Ukrainian landscape.
