The Museum of Trypillia Culture occupies a natural gypsum cave system stretching over 9000 meters with passages maintaining temperatures at 11 degrees Celsius.

The cave's discovery occurred in 1823 when landowner Jan Malevsky found ceramic objects at the entrance, initiating studies of Trypillia culture in this region.

The museum displays numerous Trypillian artifacts dating back to 3500 BC, including pottery, tools, and human remains that demonstrate early agricultural developments.

Visitors need flashlights and warm clothing for guided tours covering 800 meters of designated paths, with entrance fees of 30 UAH for adults.

During World War II, the cave provided shelter to 65 Jewish refugees, with evidence of their presence discovered by American researcher Christos Nicola in 1993.
